2. Course Consumption Rule (Anti-Abuse Policy)
To prevent misuse of our platform, refunds are subject to course consumption limits.
a) Eligible for Instant Refund
You may receive an automatic refund if:
• Refund request is made within 30 days
• Course consumption is 30% or less
• No violation of platform policies is detected
b) Restricted Refunds
If course consumption exceeds 30%, the instant refund option is disabled.
In such cases, the following message will be shown:
“Please contact support for assistance.”
Refund requests above this threshold are reviewed manually by our support team.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refunds can be requested directly from your dashboard.
Steps:
• Log in to your OptieQ Academy account
• Go to My Learning / Purchases
• Select the course
• Click Request Refund
If eligible, the refund will be processed automatically.
4. Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
• Processing time depends on the payment provider
• Typical processing time: 5–10 business days
5. Instructor Earnings & Refund Impact
• Refunded purchases are deducted from instructor earnings
• Earnings remain in a pending state during the 30-day refund window
• No payouts are released for refunded transactions
This ensures fairness and protects both students and instructors.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
• Courses with excessive content consumption (subject to review)
• Promotional or free courses
• Services clearly marked as non-refundable
7. Abuse & Policy Violations
We reserve the right to:
• Deny refunds in cases of abuse or repeated refund behavior
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate refund policies
• Take action against fraudulent activity
